Every pre match we have this will be hard, it could be one of our hardest away matches Brentford full strength are a handful against most teams ,but not us, a Brentford team missing 5 of their better players will not be able to live with us they will pile on in the first 10 minutes, but WHEN we get control we will pass them to death, and last 30 mins we will score 3, I'm going for 5-0 to city, they are a decent team but we are 5 levels above

They are terrifically under strength. It would be decidedly strange if we didn't edge this, at least. We'll know in the first five minutes, I think. If we come out lackadaisically, it's always a bad sign.
If we do go nine points clear, the match at Stamford Bridge then becomes a killer. Either of them loses it, that is the end of that club's title challenge, in my opinion.

Having watched Brentford v Brighton I think Brentford will have to score 6 times for them to get 3 points, I hope I'm not coming across as arrogant because I've been following Brentford for 2/3 seasons, they are a great team have an excellent behind the scenes and transfer system, but too many of their better players will be missing and they are wide open

Given the number of absentees and two tricky games in less than 3 days, I think it is premature to suggest we might be 12 points clear of Liverpool by Sunday. That mad second half on Boxing Day meant Pep couldn’t use his substitutes as planned and sooner or later fatigue will cost us.
