Brentford away tickets on sale

For anyone who can stay over, London hotel prices are quite reasonable that night - presumably as it's in between Christmas and New Year meaning demand is lower. I picked up a room in the Premier Inn Kew Bridge just half a mile or so from the ground for £37.50. That was booked a few weeks back mind so may be more expensive now.

Went to both of those, ... wasn't there a pub on all 4 corners of Griffin Park?
Me too, in pub when heard frozen pitch had done for 1st game - at least I lived in London but felt so bad for those blues just arriving from t'North and hearing the news...
I never quite got the 4 corners thing - there were four pubs but I would hardly say they were at each corner of the ground. Two of us did the four though, and in one the Guv said "you're welcome here guys but this is our boys' pub so you may wanna swerve it after the game". Fair play for the warning - we didn't have colours but did the 4 pubs 1.75 times that day...

I remember the mid week game called . we parked up and the finglands team coach went past in the opposite direction…not thinking anything was wrong we walked into the pub and the floodlights went out .. think that’s when we realised all wasn’t well.
