If it's prep for the CL match, I feel like the obvious response to a Walker suspension is to play Cancelo on the right and Zinchenko on the left. I think Cancelo's been incredible at LB but RB is a position he has loads of recent experience at and he is good there too.

Is Stones RB/Cancelo LB really a better option than Cancelo RB/Zinchenko LB?

I'm a big fan of Stones at CB and absolutely think he can do a job at RB - did well there against Leeds and will hopefully be good again tonight but it seems a risky choice if the plan is to play him there in the CL match too given the difference in the standard of the opposition and how long it is since he played a tough match there.

One match at a time, I guess. All will become clear!

I would have thought cancelo rb if defending and in midfield for the rest. Laporte left back. More of a 3 with cancelo covering.

He may go stones at rb though we shall soon see.
