781 out of 1725 is an absolute disgrace.

This means 944 tickets are going to people a lot less deserving than the 18-25 scheme.

I understand that these are important people, but absolutely none of these people are more deserving than the fans who've spent thousands watching this great club.

City about to take a shoeing for selling too many tickets to 18-24s...which they will probably be happy to accept as it deflects from the much more difficult conversation around why does only 40% ish of allocation go to fans.
