There'll still be the same moans when someone who's never previously been to an away game gets one for the derby while someone on 27k, who has rarely missed a game, misses out.
 
What's the deal now then? Should be able to buy from 3. Is it being reset to start again at some point? The silence from the club is deafening

Disagree, points are the fairest system (there is no perfect way) but that discussion has been done many many times before

Doubt they’ll be anything today with the game being so close.

Hopefully new criteria announced tomorrow for sale on Friday or Monday.

If they were serious about 'reflecting the ticket point structure' they would be allocation at least 60%, ideally 80%/90% to the point structure in the first place. Never had a problem with Pompey away back in the day they had no roof.. so why can't I get Brentford?

Hopefully, but why don't they say so instead of just pulling the game from the list of matches in the ticket section?
 
Having had a few hours to think about it, I feel the club have made the right decision (cancelling tickets quickly). It's not fair that people with 25k+ points would miss out on this one.


City... relax now, don't rush and do something stupid. Take your time and ensure you get it right the second time round.

Yep, I got one at 09.00 and was blissfully unaware of the problem until my mate with 26500 rang me going apeshit. It is the right solution I suppose, but tough on some kid who has bought a train ticket in good faith and might lose the match ticket.
