For me THIS is the key appointment and will make all the difference to Mancini's reign.

He is a top class coach and knows the premier league well. At the very least we can be sure of better class coaches than Hughes's no mark mates.

I think Hughes's coaching staff let him down, it was obvious that Bowen wasn't able to organise the defence tactically. Hughes should've got a top defensive coach in.

Anyway, Brian Kidd is class and hopefully we can get a decent coaching staff set up now. Would love for Paul Hart to come in as well in some capacity.

Well he did portsmouth last season they finished well and look how exposed hart was once kidd decided not to stay on, he is 1 of the best assitants out there
