Why aren't we hearing noises like this coming from Wolves? I am sick to death of these brain dead brainwashed fuckers hating on us! Just fuck off, if you applied this effort to every other game you might not have just scraped survival. I hope Pep uses all this shit as his team talk and we go out and batter them 7-0!

I'm thinking humiliate them with a goal from every outfield player.

Those City fans who say they don't care about the Champions League, do they still feel that way ? I'll be brutally honest - I'm jealous as fuck of Spurs and Liverpool. The Champions League is why Pep is here - it's why we're where we are now. Hopefully Pep's motivated to stick around for a while yet - a few more tilts at the trophy.

Probably a few of our fans are envious of Spurs and the Dippers , but if we win a domestic quadruple every f8cker will be jealous of us , which is heartwarming

Bournemouth smacked em recently , at Brighton too.

Yes I saw that. But they got a point at Wolves, got a point at their place against Newcastle, and got a point at Arsenal. We also beat them by the one goal. I repeat, I expect us to win, but I don't think it's going to be the goalfest that some are predicting. Would be more than happy to be proven wrong.

We lost the QF to Spurs because we couldn't give the tie everything. We tried to keep the 1st leg alive by playing a containing game which Pep went for because of the physical condition of our team at the time. Even if we could go full bore that in itself might have cost us.

At the time I was upset with Pep's tactics and didn't understand it, but his explanations post-match make sense. He played the right tactics in the circumstances but it didn't work out.

Spurs played poorly in the semi-final in the 1st leg and 2nd leg semi-final 1st half, and ended up going through playing long ball football to Llorente. That's llike hoofing it up to Fellaini. CL requires some fortune and it's about nerve and desire too. A bit of a lottery in the final stages.

Barcelona aren't at their best now, but they are still a fine team. They have without a doubt been the best side in Europe over the last decade and yet their record in the Champions League is poor. It's a Cup. It requires some luck.

pep's post game excuse, i mean comments, were hindsight of the 20/20 variety, not fielding for away goals cost us, imo.

Even if we do triple it just can't compare to winning the CL. It's the fact

Correct , losing four out of sixteen games is obviously a far superior achievement to win a competition , we may well have to make do with 32 wins out of 38 for the 2nd season on the trot , all hail the Dipper F.C for losing once in every four games to win the Champs league.

Let’s not sugar coat it, it was a great goal but not expected. His first shot on target from outside the area in 27 attempts.

I’d take take Pep’s instructions over yours 100 times out of 100.

Seeing as we’ve scored more goals this season than any team has ever managed, it’s fair to say that what we do works.

my op did say how great i think we are, but more shots from better positions would mean more goals.
