Someone made a lot of money. It does raise questions what with brightons owners gambling connectionThe officials on that night were so blatantly shocking and I'm convinced the result was corrupt .
will grealish start?
Gordon Smith was a very decent player for City for a couple of seasons. Think he was our top scorer one year despite playing in midfieldRocked up with us not long after....from nearly being a Cup Final winning goalscorer to becoming one of Billy Mc's bargain basement Scots way before we were oil rich or state funded....
He must have to bite his lip so many timesPep was having NONE of their bullshit today. Funny as fuck as he left them hanging time after time
Behave! The game was a dead rubber - you were already Champs and we were safe from relegation. Hardly worth putting 10p on the result.Someone made a lot of money. It does raise questions what with brightons owners gambling connection
Go in to the centre of Brighton & visit the lanes, some lovely bars & pubs... the stadium is then about 15 mins in a cab.Can anyone recommend any pubs before the games please?
There's nowt around the stadium itself unless you want to go on the University of Sussex campus (which is a nice campus, but probably won't let you in with colours and/or not looking like a student). If you're getting a train, there's lots of great pubs around either Brighton station or London Road station. Near Brighton station, you've got The George, The Albert, The Basketmakers, and The Great Eastern which are all under ten minutes from the station (don't go down Queens Road towards the beach, the only decent pub that way is The Hope and Ruin, and that's a bit more punky, head down the big hill under the station). Train is 10 minutes, but don't know if they have a special system for matchdays. If you're nearer to London Road or want to head in that direction let me know and I'll recommend some places. Can anyone recommend any pubs before the games please?
