It's not often I watch a game involving City and don't think the man of the match was one of our players but I thought Enciso and Buonanotte were the best players on the pitch.

Foden was probably our best player in the time he was on the field.

Would have been phil by a distance had he stayed on for longer. Went for walker in the end. Had mitoma under control and felt like he was holding us together at points. Was the only natural defender on the pitch by the end of the game.

Brighton had no answer to Foden in that first half. Scored one, put one on a plate for Haaland and was so close with the header. He was the player playing for a Cup final place.
