if Bournemouth wins later today (likely) and Chelsea does a surprise win tomorrow while Barcodes will have a game in hand. Forest won easily too.

could be another horrible round after last week.

we need to hope Arteta helps us out and does not let Chelsea win.

few weeks ago I thought we will push Forest out of the way and may also catch Arsenal haha. now I am hoping to we get 5th.

we still to play Villa and Bournemouth at home which will be just like today game and rags away which wont be easy at all.
 
Viana has a massive job ahead, no doubt. Many Players needed and a change of tactics!

GK, RB, LB, 2 wingers that can actually score, AM and a back up striker!! We’re not getting all of that in one window though….

One thing we don’t look is like beasts. Can’t win a second ball to save our lives. All weak as piss in that midfield.

I got shot to bits for calling him out weeks ago. After seeing he's gonna be a baller, and world class comments.

What a load of shite. Flatters to decieve. File him in the Sinclair folder.

People here say that Rodri and Nico are going to be our future midfield together ,i really hope its not going to happen :D :D
 
Not many players in that team that you think wow he’s some player. So many weak links and nobody who looks like the complete player in that whole team. Probably 15 years since that has been the case.
 
Not good enough that, we need wins.

I know they're in form, but the intensity just wasn't there again and it's cost us in games all season.
We're just so easy to play against on the transition and that needs sorting in the summer.

I thought Khusanov, Gonzalez, Doku and Marmoush were our best players.
 
No expectations except for crushing failure going into any and all games this season

A shell of ourselves. Really a tough watch at the moment as teams have absolutely figured us out and we seem powerless to stop them coming onto us after we've inevitably gifted them the ball.
 
I hate saying it but I don't think we even deserve top 4 this season. We've been so poor at game management against top half teams. I hope we can still make 4th against the odds but we'll have to fucking beat a good team at some point if we want that.

there is a real lack of quality in midfield

Khusonov was good but thought Dias was poor.

Gvardiol - why does he give the winger so much time to run into the area?

rico - fought but got bullied at times....defensively poor and when in midfield he can get into space but he hasnt got the quality to do anything with it.

Nico - ok but again needs to add real quality to his play - too rash at times

Doku - easily man of the match -

Marmoush - got a very good goal, won the penalty but does disappear in games for long periods of time and in his position he needs to not do that...

Savihno - very poor- if he cant learn to finish he aint going to make it with us...just not good enough in his final product at all

Haaland- starved of anything to feed off but needs to be better in his build up play....

Gundo - pointless him being on the pitch - adds nothing

Ortega - he might be a better shot stopped than Ederson (and I think he got away with one in the first half....didnt look much wrong with the mitoma goal) but he clearly makes the defenders more nervous with the ball at his feet

Overall its the same problem as ever...we dont have the midfielders to control possession - too many like Sav, Marmoush giving the ball away all the time ...no creative product from out wide and defensively in transition we are the worst team in the premiership....

We are lucky to be as high up the league as we are...I predicted back in November we would be lucky to get top 5.....it aint looking likely at present and we dont deserve it....that will set us back a few years in the rebuild
