Heading to the Brighton match at the Amex on Saturday.

For those of you who have been down there before, are there any pubs in town where away fans tend to gather before the match?

I've tried looking a bit on my own but I haven't found anywhere that's designated as an away pub with the exception of one place in a random housing estate far from both the ground and the centre of Brighton - I imagine it would be easier for traveling City fans to meet near the town centre closer to the beach, or closer to the train station.

Thanks all

Pretty much anywhere in Brighton town centre is fine apart from the one pub on your right, immediately outside the train station.

Leave it as late as possible for taxi/ train to Falmer, as fuck all round there.

One of my favourite games of the season.

How much did you pay for your ticket is a more interesting one

I did not get my ticket from a tout if that's what you're trying to imply

I assure you I am not an "on my phone the whole match" tourist, nor did I take a ticket away from a "real fan"

That's all I'll say to you on this subject. Just trying to find out where some pubs are and also hopefully help other traveling City fans who want to know where to meet

The next stop from the ground on the train line is Lewes which has some fantastic pubs and plenty of Blues use them and then hop the train which takes about 10 minutes. Much easier than the circus at Brighton Station before the match.
