I'd say it'll be the same XI as Cardiff, keep Silva fresh for CL and Liverpool game.

Hoffenheim Tuesday.

Will that impact on thinking, and if it does does it matter given the quality of the squad? Probably matters only in respect of Aguero who fitness permitting will surely start at Hoffenheim meaning unless the game demands he'll probably play no more than an hour against Brighton.

I can't work out what my best side is which is a fantastic position to be in. The only slight area of concern for me at the moment is lack of finishing power and Mendy on the left conflicting with sane who for me has to start a lot of games.

Hoping we win and can then sit back and watch Chelsea v Liverpool, or given the KO time I should say watch the 2nd half

Have fantasy football dilemma: will Silva start tomorrow?

I think he will. Get the game won (hopefully) and then bring him off for Foden.

If fit enough Danilo could get another game keep Walker back for the 2 biggies plenty of options for what should be a routine win as long as the players are up and at it whoever we put out.

I know he's apparently some sort of celeb but mark my words there'll be thousands of 'normal' fans jumping ship to us.

I can accept the aboard new fans but it doesn't matter if they jump & change but at some point all the local rags are suddenly going to become the biggest City fans ever.

Need to be on it tomorrow as Brighton will work hard and have been better defensively. No point worrying about Hoffenheim or Liverpool until this match is over.

That said I’d like to see Gundogan playing DM and start Bernardo and Foden.
