If the rumours about Ederson and Dias not being in the side are true that's a big call from Pep. Yes; you have to have discipline, and rules in the club. And if we win, there won't be much made of it. But if we lose, there'll be a feeding frenzy in the media.
What is the discipline and rules bit about?

If Dias is dropped after a couple of subpar games then Haaland is well and truly undroppable under Pep.

MATCH FACTS

  • Phil Foden has scored in all five of his Premier League starts against Brighton, netting six goals in total.
  • Erling Haaland, who has attempted one shot in City's last two league games, is at risk of going three consecutive Premier League appearances without a goal for the first time.
  • Julian Alvarez has netted 16 goals in 16 home starts for Manchester City in all competitions.
Brighton & Hove Albion
  • The Seagulls have both scored and conceded in each of their past 12 top-flight matches and have netted in a club-record 17 consecutive away league games.
