Rest Dias after his poor showing put gv ardiol and khusanov centre back with oreiley left rheiss right.play Gonzalez and nunez central give us some legs.play gundog further forward with grealish left doku right haaland up top.

Chap on slow exit from 307 said "It's been a privilege to watch Doku today" and I agree. Fantastic skill, heart and effort.

Of course, one Blue's "no final pass" is another's "the rest of the team can't keep up with him".
He's fuckin rubbish, never mind find a pass, he couldn't find his arse with both hands.

Could easily gone with Marmoush but Dokuwas our main threat and showed great determination and strength. Still needs to get his final ball sorted though...
Yep, great goal from Marmoush, but I agree with you, Doku was our most prominent player today .... however it has to be said that the bulk of his attacking play, whilst exciting to watch, just comes to nothing ... and he has a reluctance to help others out defensively ..... with his pace he could have made more of an effort to help Gvardiol out last week for Forests winner for example.

Brighton put in a few dangerous crosses into our box over the course of the game yesterday, and, had any one of them been converted, it would have cost us dearly .... Doku needs to aim to provide that kind of service ..... Haaland is suffering, he's not seeing the ball accurately played into areas where he could do most damage.

Marmoush would have got it if he wasn't fucked after 70 minutes.
I'd like to give it Gonzalez for the crunching tackles he put in, which is something we badly need, but i'm giving it Doku for his battling all action display.

when Doku dominates the man of the match with a performance like yesterday I'm worried for both the team and the fans. Doku is more and more like Traore of 10 years ago. he seems to me like a NPC of a computer game, like just do things in circles and not able to really react to the situation differently or be aware of his surroundings. he especially look like a NPC when the ball is not under his foot.

Marmoush for me

For those voting for Doku, there was one moment towards the end, Haaland broke the lines as Doku ran across the pitch, simple ball through would have put Haaland 1 on 1 with the keeper, Doku didn't see him, in fact he still hasn't seen him.

That moment summed Doku up, so much ability, fastest feet I've ever seen, but zero vision and very little football intelligence
