I went for Kova although there were two vital goals from Phil. Another shout for Alavrez who has had a confidence boosting goal

Foden made things happen and it was good seeing him thrive on the pitch with De Bruyne. Walkers movement excellent in the final 3rd. Helped provide the width we lack sometimes.

Take your pick last night, Kev, Kovacic,Bernie and Kyle. But I think the Stockport Inieata just shaded it for me. Getting into them pockets of space and dancing past their defenders like they weren't there. Magical! Special praise for Nunez, who I thought was brilliant when he came on, taking the ball from his own area to attacks on more than a few occasions. A brilliant overall team performance.
