I received a number of queries that it never went on sale and have asked the club. They have told me that it did go on sale and has sold out.

I tried to get one for my lad at about 10 seconds past 9 and it gave me the message "Tickets on-sale exclusively to Cityzens Matchday Members. You can join today to access tickets."

I'm 95% sure it never opened to 18-25

Also using my account, I checked how many tickets had sold at about 9:05. After the 18-25 sale you would expect around 150 tickets to have sold, but it was closer to about 50

I was on from 855 to 920 refreshing all the time and nothing came up. It never changed from the greyed our restricted sale box. I saw Brentford change but Brighton never did

I tried for my son bang on 9.00, constantly refreshing and it never moved from greyed out "restricted sale" (Brentford was showing "Buy Tickets" obviously!). Never had this before, usually get into the system but often fail before being able to pay.
