I think he's always been like that. Watch stevie's interview from the start of the season against Blackburn. He does the exact same thing. Although you are probably right about him being happier now.

Also what does the blue sign behind them say? Medical what?

Exactly we take it for granted but english is accepted as a hard language to learn it doesn't help a lot of words don't sound as they spell something that is the case with Italian for example.
