Brutal fixture list, upcoming games!

perhaps the mods could combine?

Assuming we can beat Naopoli away and Bayern beat Villereal the top place in our CL group will go down to goal difference if we also beat Bayern last game.
They are already +3 on us before their "easy game" to Villereal.

It will be interesting to see if Mancini rests players before Chelsea away. A good win against Bayern would be great for team confidence. Happy days.
I'm worried that Silva may get injurred playing against England in the friendly. Refs tend to be more lenient not giving cards in "friendlies."

Newcastle (3rd), Home 19th Nov
Napoli (3rd) CL, Away 22nd Nov
Liverpool (7th), Away 27th Nov
Norwich (9th), Home 3rd Dec
Bayern (1st) CL, Home 7th Dec
Chelsea (4th), Away 12th Dec
Arsenal (6th), Away 18th Dec

Norwich aside, all top teams. Even then Norwich will be a handful based on their start this season.

Arsenal on the 18th Dec is a home game

Not 100 % sure but it is my understanding that if we finish level with Bayern then GD is not the decider but the head to head scores from the two teams. Thus If City and BM win their next games then the last game at THE ETIHAD will be down to us having to win by three goals to win the group. Is this correct anyone. ?

A very difficult month. This will test our credentials

If we are still top at the end of November we will be in very good shape for the title..

Yes I found rule its as follows:
"If two or more teams are equal on points on completion of the group matches, the following criteria are applied to determine the rankings (in descending order):
1. higher number of points obtained in the group matches played among the teams in question;
2. superior goal difference from the group matches played among the teams in question;
3. higher number of goals scored in the group matches played among the teams in question;
4. higher number of goals scored away from home in the group matches played among the teams in question;
5. If, after applying criteria 1) to 4) to several teams, two teams still have an equal ranking, the criteria 1) to 4) will be reapplied to determine the ranking of these teams;
6. superior goal difference from all group matches played;
7. higher number of goals scored from all group matches played;
8. higher number of coefficient points accumulated by the club in question, as well as its association, over the previous five seasons."

Seriously, FUCK the CL, it's all about the Prem Lge for me. If we don't win it, then the Rags will.....and I for one don't want to hear those cunts chanting CHAMPIONS for one more season. Oh, and I would just love to see that Prem Lge trophy on MOTD every fucking week with our colours on it!

If we dont go through the CL group as winners or runners up we will be put in the Europa Cup.

I think we need to establish our CL potential and pedigree by getting out of our group as a minimum.

We need to prove to world class players we are a club going places not just in Englands PL but potentially in CL also. We want the best players to want to come to City for success at home and abroad.
