I pay for 152 MBPS broadband and get 160. It is being raised to 200 this month at no extra cost. Customer service is top notch and if you enquire about package prices they are happy to keep you sweet. (As they said to me, "If you don't ask about your package price, we assume that you are happy with it." )

I said that I've been a customer for 10 years and I'm sick of seeing in the paper and on the net about lower prices for new customers getting the same deal that I'm on. Laid it on a bit about how I've not budgeted for it to be near a £100 a month and that sky keep ringing me up to get me on board. He said he can reduce it to £57 a month and that he's factored in the fact virginmedia are putting their prices up again.

bingo - although that's for 9 months on an 18 month contract. Call back in 9 months. But download speeds increasing from 60 to 200mBps.
