BT Sport

Understood, is irdeto what sky use? Hence why they would have managed to stop people card sharing HD sky sports? :)

It has to be close to that, bt have videoguard but the BISS key circumvents it, seems a bit daft but it works.
You can get sky but would need a fair few very powerful machines. Sky's security algorithm is just much more complex.
It would probably take longer than the temp keys they use last to do it for most people to ever get a key out.

I need to speak with talkativesprout about the guts of this as his mate knows the score very well.

Ah right, understood some of that XD

Bit off topic TC, but as you are relatively itk when it comes to this stuff and we're talking about encryption; what's happening with denuvo? I've lost track of it tbh :)

The outlook is not great sir i am sad to say, groups are working on it but thus far not much joy.
Advances have been made i am told but what the technical details of that are i have no idea boss, pretty advanced job reversing that stuff.

Yeah more out of curiosity than anything, not that big a gamer (aside from football manager) so I'll live :)

We could always hope Google fiber decide to rock up into town; those 1gbps speeds would be most welcome :D

My good friend in the usa has that the lucky swine, he runs a good scene ftp on it, his kids stream everything and his missus.
Even his old mam who he moved in uses it for fb and such and as you would expect not a glitch, even with the FTP maxing the line out damn it xD

We do have a company called Hyperoptic (Manchester) and a few others based in Leeds, Kent, London, Brum that offer sweet speeds but these are niche companies.
In order to utilise their lines you need to be in an appartment complex where at least 25 of you have signed up and all that stuff.
Otherwise move to the sticks and get on board with that rural gbit thing.

We are doing pretty well but still so far behind Sweden, Japan etc still.
