I just find it amusing that he says the same things every time, as for the language point you'll note my OP also takes the piss out of Hughes and Wenger, who both speak (relatively) fluent English.

While I'm certainly not having a pop at Mancini here, I suspect Cambridgeblue isn't getting paid £5m a year to work in Rome, so I don't really see how that's relevant.

Yeah you are right - he should be completely fluent by now and run a football team with all the distractions at the same time - what has money got to do with it?
Look back at his early interviews and compare them to now - great improvement.
He has never relied upon and interepreter and always at least given it a go.
