By the age of 10, a child has a good grasp of what is morally right and wrong! Agreed, they still need guidance, however, regurgitating some textbook does not embellish the fact that 2, 10 year boys committed the murder of a toddler.
Would i condemn them to a life in hell? YES! For they have deserved no right to a prosperous, fruitful life!

Before anyone calls me a PC criminal lover, I agree with everyone who thinks that what these two...beings did was beyond absolutely disgusting. But I am firmly against corporal/capital punishment. They should be locked up for life, away from society so a chance of them being out there with innocent people and harming them again is impossible. But beating them up in prison? That's what happens in third world dictatorships, not in an advanced society like ours.
