Pretty dreadful stuff - it looks as though both teams think the weather's too nice to try very hard. Slow and uninspiring.

Exactly, Mainz just turned up for a pleasant day in the sun and to enjoy a game of football and Dortmund gave them exactly what they wanted. They let them settle, they didn't make them uncomfortable or apply any real pressure or intensity. So Mainz got to play exactly the kind of game they wanted.
