From a human level how can anyone not be happy seeing the emotional release from Kane getting that feeling of winning a real trophy.

I mean, we did alright with Haaland, but if we had signed Kane the season before, he probably wouldn't have been far off the numbers Haaland has managed. Top player.

Good season, Leipzig failed to qualify for Europe which obviously is a good thing. Hamburg and Köln are back and Frankfurt managed to qualify for the CL.

Hope Heidenheim manages to win the playoffs versus Elversberg. Heidenheim might be small but they played in Frankfurt on a late Sunday afternoon and pretty much filled the away section. More than Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg, Leipzig etc manage to do on a Saturday afternoon.

Hamburg and Köln will be huge for the league, they will sell out every home game and every away allocation which overall will boost average attendances even further.

Brother in law is FC Köln Fan so pretty happy for him specifically. And of course for @Rhineland

And Heidenheim managed to come back and make it 2-2.

Better game than the Tottenham - United final.

Have a soft spot for Heidenheim as I often worked down there but Elversberg play some nice football.

Season is over and "Fussballmafia" released the annual ranking of away fans.

Stuttgart is Number one with an average of 5488 away fans.
Their highest number was 17000 in Sinsheim/Hoffenheim and the least away to Kiel with 1800.
Frankfurt is in second place with an average of 5115 away fans.
We took 15000 to Sinsheim/Hoffenheim as well which, was the highest number and the lowest to Kiel with 1900. Considering that we played only 4 times in the afternoon and other than that had shit kick off times that's pretty good.

Interesting that the top 2 clubs are both clubs which traditionally have a more local following.

Bayern is only 3rd and BVB und is even behind the likes of St.Pauli which I found interesting as Dortmund have fans all over Germany as well and are usually praised for their away support.

Last place is Hoffenheim with an average attendance of 854 fans.

Special shout out to Kiel who made it to 13 which doesn't seem very high but considering the geographic location of Kiel in the very north of Germany that's some feat for a smaller club like them. They had to cover the most distance of all clubs last season.

My lads on his way back from Oz and meeting mates in Frankfurt on the way back, think its next weekend and I see you are playing at FSV in a friendly.

Not sure of his exact plans yet but would tickets be available, thinking it might be mainly 2nd string players?

Yepp, he can just order tickets here: https://fsv-frankfurt-ticketshop.re...-am-main-psd-bank-arena-am-19-7-2025/e2416159

Website should be in English otherwise there is a button at the bottom to switch from German to English.

Just don't expect too much. It's a friendly, Ultras etc. are not going to participate so it will be a bit of a family day atmosphere.

Adidas just released our new kit and they cooked with the release trailer.

Thanks, not sure when he gets there but good to know stuff.

I am a regular at FSV. It's a nice enough ground but...the catering/bar service has been terrible this year. Better to get a beer beforehand at a kiosk or in Bornheim.
