As an aside, is this the sixth year in a row that our first game has been away? Hmmm….

Can't really complain when most of the time it's at our request in order to give the extra preparation week for the pitch after summer concerts.

Tbf, I think we often request an away fixture first to give the pitch more time to recover after summer concerts at The Etihad.

we ask for our first game to be away. because of the concerts in june ( so want time to get pitch ready ect)
