the scousers will be frothing at the mouth baying and pleading for a Burnley win or draw,as long as we stay focused and play our game we really should hopefully get the win 0-2 or 1-3 ..

First post.

Everton fan here.

You have the greatest collection of footballers and manager I have ever seen. And the best little Spaniard I know.

If you don’t win the League it will be a travesty. You need to enjoy the quality of footballer you have and the football they play.

Liverpool are pushing you hard, and whilst I admire them ( hard to say for me), they do not possess your ability. You must win the League. If not, it will be remembered for klopp.... and not the greatest team I have ever seen..... that’s your team by the way. City are a joy to watch.

Go win the League.

Thanks - I think one thing you can be sure of with this City team, is that they will go all-out attack in all 3 games and give it their all. Hopefully it will be enough!

And well done on thrashing United!

Same as the previous few weeks. Must win game.

Burnley are safe from relegation. They have the 4th worst defensive record in the division.

Of their 17 home games they haven’t won 10 of them and there are only 6 teams with worse home records.

All this ‘tough game’ bollocks is exactly that - bollocks.

Any team worth their salt chasing a title goes there and comes back with 3 points.

And we will.

Even that Shambles in Trafford won there! Everton won 5-1!!!

I don't understand why some are flapping over this match. City have played Burnley twice this season and won 5-0 both times.

It's the "typical City" syndrome. It's got a vice like grip on some of us. Yes, including me. I couldn't face watching on wednesday night. Sad, I know. But that's the way it is.

If we can get through this it will seriously deflate them. Not only are they pinning their hopes on us dropping points here but they also know they probably have the tougher fixtures after this weekend. They also have to contend with Barcelona either side of Newcastle whereas we have a whole week to prepare for both of our games. They're all must win now but this feels really pivotal in terms of what happens next. Just win, don't care how.
