I think it’s the opposite. He’s a bit too flash and there’s not enough graft (or enough of the headless chicken running about) from him. The type of City fans who loved say Joey Barton (the archetypal headless chicken) might be the ones who can’t be doing with Mahrez, I suspect.

so picks a team that leaves Foden/Jesus/Cancelo/Sterling/Torres/whoever on the bench...
then sees that I'd get BIG points when my subs replace my none starters...
so slings Foden/Jesus/Cancelo/Sterling/Torres/whoever on for 5 minutes at the end...

he does this JUST to piss me off.

then make changes once the game is won or under control ? burnley will be doing their best to kick us off the field and need the points

also the pitch will be tailored to suit them and slow and heavy and not good for passing it around fast
so city will be having to get it through midfield off the ground and the switch will offer city the best way of hurting them. so can see us trying to get down the wings and around them

Rest integral players at Burnley and we could end up losing both games. Best team to face Burnley hopefully get a win, puts pressure on the Scousers to win against us.
