Normally one off games don´t tell you much about how we will do for the rest of the season.

Fulham for example are a bogey team.

Wigan away could be a tough one especially down to 10 men.

However Burnley at home barring an earthquake should be a banker.

If we draw or worse questions will be asked.

A good win however and we can say we did what a top 4 side should.

If your watching you will know we are being outplayed and out fought by the mighty Burnley. mean while our manager sit on his comfy heated seat doing nothing. Barry and Lescott are having a mare and the only ones who seems interested is Bellers and SWP.

Total embarrasment that first half and they deserved that booing off by the fans.

What do you expect Hughes to do? Theres no point in making subs and he's aswell just waiting to half time to give them a rollocking, also Hughes isn't playing. Its the players fault. All of these diddy teams will want to beat us.

Burnley look very comfortable and controlling the game. Eagles and Fletcher are quality and their back four are as organised a defence I've seen in ages. Our passing is poor and we look like a bunch of strangers so far.

We'll be alright, concerned about the shite defending today, but hardly the end of the world our recent results.

When I did the OP I thought something like today might happen.

I wanted a healthy win like everybody. Cheered when Bellers scored but always knew that something like this might happen. We can´t defend a lead because we have no control on the pitch. We score by everyone running forward attacking at pace but conversely this leaves huge holes at the back.

We will get nowhere with this type of play. Yes we will have some big wins occasionally but no consistent level of perfomance.

We have the players we just don't have a good enough manager whatever the majority seem to think. He is getting found out at the highest level. There were plenty of doubts last year and the cracks are widening.

Who knows, are esteemed owner might hopefully pull the trigger.
