I would start Palmer as well. We need to find out if he is worth keeping around or if we should loan him out. If these fringe players are not good enough to beat Burnley, they are not good enough for City at this stage of their development.

Why should he rest them for the internationals, we pay their wages, if they are knackered they should pull out of the internationals.
