Burnley (h) postponed

We have quite an old fan base. Surely this is the worst environment with this amount of people for them.

the game should be called off

I'll be going, who knows when we'll get the chance to watch live football again? This virus may not reach it's peak in this country until the Summer. Let the experts decide whether it should go ahead or not.

At least we all have a choice whether to go or not.

Maybe we shouldn't have a choice, maybe the authorities should intervene?

Most folk won't be killed by the virus, most folk will just get mild symptoms and some won't even know that they've ever had it, but they mooch about knowing that they're young enough and fit enough to shrug it off and they become part of the expansion of the virus as they touch and spread it and breath it out into the lungs of those near them.
They're all right Jack but what they do in their ignorance might as well be murder.
They give it to people they've never met, they take it home to their families, they kill their mum's and dad's with it (and other people's mum's and dad's), but they're ok, they didn't feel a thing.

Meanwhile, the hospitals (that are poorly equipped), can't contend with the expansion of cases so there aren't enough lung support machines and they can't oxygenate blood for enough people to keep them living, so doctors are forced to make heartbreaking decisions and turn people away to die.

Next salute and we're in a mass grave scenario because mortuaries are overwhelmed.

Maybe those who have a choice shouldn't have a choice or at least should do the decent thing and not become part of the problem.

Whether they stop fans attending or not - decent folk won't attend as a point of principle.

Just saying like.
