This has now become a must win game. Especially as we have dropped 2pts from the Liverpool game, with Mahrez missing his pen. The bigger the margin of goals we score against Burnley the better. So I am looking for at least a 4 nil winning margin. Has anyone any idea who will have as ref. for this game.

Mates tell me burnley have improved a lot defensivley of late? but we’ll have far to much for them i’d expect, 3-0 my prediction

How many should we win by then? I'm confident well win but if by chance we didn't it would make any difference to whether I think we'll win the league, certainly wouldnt be forgeting about it..

Hopefully we'll win the league yes. Three points against Burnley whether it's 1-0 or 10-0 probably won't decide that, but it's three points we should not leave on the pitch. Must win these games, no complacency.

Given the disparity in quality between our squad and theirs, on paper we should win about 7-0, and I'd love to see us absolutely smack some hapless team. But the reality is almost never like that unfortunately, so I'm assuming we'll probably win but only 1-0 or 2-1, something like that.

I'd just love to see everything come together in one game where Sané, Aguero, Silva, KDB, Bernardo and Sterling are all right on top of their game for 90 mins and we utterly fucking destroy someone by 8, 9, 10 ... It has happened very occasionally in PL games. But I don't think it'll be in this one.

Thank you lovely x but alas i can't travel long distances,i can make brighton in may if you can sort a ticket for me,i want to meet as many of you as i can whilst we have the chance,i hope they will stay up longer so we have more chances to meet up
@karen7 - I work at Brighton Racecourse, we have two season tickets for the Amex (Home end) & some good connections at the club, if you fancy it I will happily take you to the game, or if you prefer give you the tickets & take a friend!

rotation time , Ederson - Danilo , Vinny , Otto , Mendy - Mahrez , Bernardo , KDB , Foden , Sane - Jesus , we need to utilise the squad and give players like Damilo , Mahrez ,Mendy , Jesus more game time Foden deserves a home league debut and KDB needs a full game in readiness for Spuds , if Burnley prove difficult we will have Merlin , Sterling , Kun on the bench to up the ante , 2-0 win and Joe to have a blinder for Burnley

It will certainly not be an easy walk in the park. If the players treat it as such, we could drop points against a team, on paper we should beat comfortably.
I would rather not have KDB risked against these for fear of being targeted as he’s just back from injury.
Strength in depth is needed, Leroy or Razza to be on the bench to inject some real pace when they tire later on. Would be good to see how ready Foden is in this game. imo, he deserves a start.
Bernardo should be the first name on the list. He’s been magnificent so far. Hard to remember that he’s only a youngster too. Good times ahead.
3-1 City, only because I think we will gift them a goal.

don't think it will be easy as people are making it out to be, they have caused us a few problems in recent years. a early goal though may make it easier.
