I am really trying to be positive about Pep. But, how the hell is Mahrez in again and Foden isn’t. Inexplicable.

It's only inexplicable because you have not been party to what has happened in training all week.

That's the most uninspiring starting eleven I have seen from any City team in over a decade.

Sucked what pace we do have right out of the team, rewarding players with starts who don't even merit being at the club.

Hopefully, just as well it's Burnley.

Maybe thats reflected in the selections.

Riyad Mahrez got 30 goals and assists last season.

He's in poor form, but getting him back into form isn't going to happen from the bench. Guardiola playing him should not be a surprise to anyone.

And I say that as one of the most vocal Mahrez critics on the forum.

Playng like a fucking drain - so last season means absolutely fuck all.
