The place has become an echo chamber mate. The amount of hate Mahrez gets is not in proportion to his performances. Yes he has been disappointing but so have many others this season. People need to get a grip

Same because of the lack of consistency. Are players being chosen on merit and form here? I genuinely don't understand the methodology that goes into our starting 11.

Don't like the team selection but we've been handed a lifeline today.

This needs to be the start of 1 month of playing out of our skins and then getting attacking reinforcements in in Jan.

Like many don’t understand why Foden is not playing.It’s concerning the lack of pace in team. But it’s a team game and hopefully Stones and Mendy do themselves justice. Hope Mahrez plays well and does more than just constantly lay it off to defender. For goodness sake take a defender on.

I’d argue Mahrez has been comfortably better than Bernardo since the start of last season and by a distance.

The issue is amplified because he prevents Phil from getting precious minutes

Hopefully that XI will have enough to see off Burnley. Their starting XI is relatively attacking (for them, at least) so it might be a bit more open than usual. Just hope we get an early goal to settle some nerves, otherwise the match thread will be unbearable.
