Burnley - Post match thread

He looks pissed off but its about time he stopped dealing with these pundits who want to be snarky in the questions they ask him but don't like it when he won't play their games.
Snarky snideness should always get what it deserves - the people doing it should be ignored and sidelined. Not a great place to be from a job point of view, so they should learn the lesson or face the consequences of becoming insignificant.
Relationships of all kinds are all about having some degree of rapport. And if you consistently show that your people skills are inadequate, then it's bye bye Mr Chips!

Great 2nd half. At half time I honestly couldn't see us making the breakthrough and would have settled for a point at that stage as I could see Burnley scoring on the break then defending for their lives

But Silva and Sergio coming on changed the game. Great changes made by Pep. If they hadn't scored a goal that shouldn't have stood I reckon we may have gone on to win 3 or 4 nil as that rocked us a bit and gave them hope

I was at the game so know how bad Mason was but just want to know about if it was a red or not ?
Seen em given ?
Silly tackle ?
Never a red ?

I wasn't sure at the game other than it looked a bit reckless but from what I have seen from the footage it's a red as it was reckless and he was not in control. Stupid challenge to make and totally unnecessary. They must know that unless their name is rojo then you can't make challenges like that anymore.

Jamie Jackson, Old Trafford, thinks it was a straight red with Fernandinho having both feet off the ground and out of control.
Motd will be the judge.

Whatever fantastic 2nd half response. Burnley may have been terrible but it still takes a lot to win with 10. We would have lost the last 2 home games under pellegrini
Edited for accuracy. ;-)

Savage and hartson have won fuck all apart from a tombola, don't think Pep will give a flying fuck about them or there expert opinions

We all noticed this. He didn't indicate the goal and appeared to be waiting or looking for something. Weird.

Noticed that as well. When I saw Mason not indicating a goal I looked to the linesman expecting to see a flag. Was pretty bizarre.
