If he's got any sense, he should stay put for at least one more year. Even going to a, for instance, Brentford or a L***s is a huge step up from the Championship. He's still pretty new to management in England. He'll have plenty of time to manage at "big" clubs.Cant see him staying at Burnley next season. There will be a ton of clubs looking for a new manager and expect he will be in high demand for at least a mid table table. Not done enough to prove himself for a top six team yet but this was an incredible achievement.
