It hardly going to works if the manager in question is totally clash with the styles they want to bring with the player they have at disposal.

We are not the club that just bring "top" manager just for the sake of it, we need also the look if they can maintain our styles of Football that have been building up by Pep over five years. So that's will rule out Ancelotti, Mourinho, Zidane etc from the list because they are not suited to manage our team because different styles of play.

Whilst I get why you are saying, VK doesn’t play Pepball and is hugely inexperienced.
 
Love him.

Very early days.....but he's making the transition into an elite manager look relatively easy.Clearly gets the best out of individuals and clearly has the tactical nous to get the best out of a team.
