Thought they couldn’t verify this shirt via Balotelli story. Wasn’t it going to auction a few months back and they pulled it? Something change?

absolutely a bargain. No2 on the list is Pele’s 1970 final shirt (£157k) but the rise in collectible items in general in the last 10 years means that things will move hugely.

In terms of moments in uk football history it’s already no1 easily and in modern times whick shirt would be more highly prozed ?

The only ones i can thing of are Zidane’s 2006 final or maybe his champions league final volley game. Then theres Messi and Ronaldo - do they have iconic games/moments? Maybe his overhead kick or Messi’s 2011 final perhaps

Shirt was pulled from another auction house in August. There’s no actual proof, as far as I’m aware that it’s the actual shirt he scored ‘THAT’ goal in, Kun got three a game and I can’t believe he’d give away the one he scored the goal in.

It would be an expensive gamble unlike the Maradona shirt which had provenance and was purchased by the Argentine FA.

I do hope it sells for a great price as it’s for some very good causes.

The story doesn't add up, especially being 'gifted' to the spurs fan private collector.
