Interesting question.

The lure of their brilliant stadium, brilliant training ground and living in London when you’ve got money is huge… the lure of going to a club that hasn’t won anything for years and you could be the ones to turn that around is huge… they’ve got nice club colours n’all (I don’t think I could manage a team in red)…

The downside is that they are one of the lowest clubs at reinvesting their turnover into their football team.

We don’t know what his relationship is like with Burnley though. He might be enjoying managing them as much as he did playing for City. He might live working under their boardmembers. He might think that he’s got a job to do at Burnley first before taking a job like Spurs. He might see them as a club he can take forward and achieve what Brighton and Brentford have in the Prem if he gets the them up.
It might be an idea to bring him in to spend a couple of seasons as Pep's No2 with a view to to taking over as manager when Pep eventually leaves.
Don't know if he'd be open to taking a step down to then take a huge step up later.

Money clearly isn't an issue for Vinny - maybe he just likes his family being 35 miles from where they all came from?
