I think we just want to see Vinnie do well. Clubs talk about creating equal opportunity but then fall over themselves to hire the same old mediocre box ticking "managers" like Lamps,Stevie G and Rooney.While other teams did the same old routine, Burnley took a chance on Vinnie and he's doing wonders out there. It's not all bad. Kudos to him.
