What's strange about it? Seems very run of the mill to me. Changed auditors which led to them missing a deadline and so the instant response is to put them under embargo until its sorted. Will be all sorted long before it could pose any potential problems. They could have just done this, not announced it and the overwhelming majority would be none the wiser.

Talksport have been peddling this through various presenters all week. I for one would be highly surprised if it happened? certainly now anyway but come the end of the season who knows?

You'd like to think that Kompany will however give Burnley a shot in the topflight before making any such decision.
