Good grief people. The whining is out of control. Who from Burnley's team would get into our line up today?

i think this team selection is clearly down to the need to rotate players due to fitness and tiredness.

I think it also shows how far we (still) are from having a squad with real strength in depth....there are 4 or potentially 5 players there that I wouldn't have anywhere near the starting 11 on a regular basis.

Why has Pep turned into Pellegrini in terms of giving opportunities to youth players? Seems yaya is now preferred to Garcia. Kolarov at centre back over Tosin. No room on the bench even for Maffeo.

This is not going to be an easy game, Burnely can be very tricky at their place and we have to be on our game today. Fairly balanced squad with Yaya as the attacking central player that will produce real goal scoring threat and ability. Some of the players looked tired on Wednesday so it is not surprise the manager changed things a bit and those players on the bench can also come on to change things if needs be. It will be about grafting and fighting and we obviously have more than enough to get the three points. A concern will be if they make crosses to Clichy's side and he is isolated one on one to defend it.

its not about individuals it about how the team gels......burnley will work like men possessed today you can guarantee it......with players like kolarov, fernando and even Yaya you don't get that level of commitment..

Toure's height will help defending their set pieces too same with Fernando. A lot on Aguero today. Need to see more from him today. Great bench options too. Sagna - our best defender - starts which is always good news.
