The winter break for the PL should be floating, as in this country you never know when the weather will be at its worst.

Can you recommend anywhere near to the ground for a few pre match beers?
The away fans tend to congregate and drink in the Beech inn on Derby Rd.
If you are coming by train the Roebuck is just by the station (turn right) and is a proper free house.
The Alfred is a nice little pub on the walk to the ground from the station.
