YesIs there any mileage in restaurants offering a delivery service as a way of keeping going? Is there any danger from an infected chef (without symptoms)? If so, is this lessened with cooked food for example when compared to salads.
People may be at home but they still have to eat and I'm sure some would relish the occasional treat.
As I noted in the main thread, this is going to absolutely destroy the livelihoods of most bands, including my brother- and sister-in-law’s, which was on a multi-country tour that had to be cut short with all of their remaining venues closing, had just signed a bigger record deal, and were starting to get national and international attention before the outbreak. This is going to send many summer festivals under.
From a social experiment point of view, not being unfeeling here, what will the penalty be by then. If the virus is still prevelent and people still try to have them in some capacity; what will the law be then? Will temporary laws be an option that are feasibly enforced on the ground? For example a few thousand people jump in a field to have some sort of jolly, what are the odds of the situation seeing such a political and legal response (large scale arrests on site) at that time do you think? This is going to send many summer festivals under.
Think the authorities will have other things on their minds than a few ravers, mate. From a social experiment point of view, not being unfeeling here, what will the penalty be by then.
