Businesses most vulnerable in the pandemic.

Is there any mileage in restaurants offering a delivery service as a way of keeping going? Is there any danger from an infected chef (without symptoms)? If so, is this lessened with cooked food for example when compared to salads.
People may be at home but they still have to eat and I'm sure some would relish the occasional treat.

looks like Jet 2 just pulled the plug on spain flights including canaries
One of watch went out on Friday to Tenerife and they have basically locked the hotel down, just seen Europe is closing it’s borders for 30 days I can5 see her coming home.

Yes
Yes, but not overwhelmingly if they are remotely hygienic. You’ll probably be alright is the answer, mainly because of your stomach acids.

This is going to send many summer festivals under.
As I noted in the main thread, this is going to absolutely destroy the livelihoods of most bands, including my brother- and sister-in-law’s, which was on a multi-country tour that had to be cut short with all of their remaining venues closing, had just signed a bigger record deal, and were starting to get national and international attention before the outbreak.

They’re now doing their best to shift everything to virtual shows and ramp up digital engagement with their fans, but most revenue for bands outside of the global elite these days is via live shows and merchandise, and you just can’t get people to pay similar amounts for online performances (for many reasons, not even counting that people are just not going to have the money to spend in the future). I spent several hours talking with their manager recently about how horribly things are likely to go for them this year as even with the shift they’ll probably lose about 75% of their yearly revenue over the next few months, with a large junk evaporating with the SXSW (US) cancellation.

They are genuinely expecting to have to give up touring for a few years (at least) and go back in to the various work they were doing before forming the band with one of their mates five or six years ago. But they have no idea if there will be any available positions or if anyone will hire them given their long absence from those fields.

And they just bought their first home six months ago.

From a social experiment point of view, not being unfeeling here, what will the penalty be by then. If the virus is still prevelent and people still try to have them in some capacity; what will the law be then? Will temporary laws be an option that are feasibly enforced on the ground? For example a few thousand people jump in a field to have some sort of jolly, what are the odds of the situation seeing such a political and legal response (large scale arrests on site) at that time do you think?

Edit: forgot to add a bit...

Would the very act of arrests not be counter productive regarding spread prevention as many would come into contact to many law enforcement then and so on.

Think the authorities will have other things on their minds than a few ravers, mate.
