Only ever once been as mortal as that...Groclin away I necked an industrial sized bottle of Vodka that cost £1 and did a huge (over 100metres) sideways stagger across that big square in Poznan, smashed into a wall on the opposite side and and slid to the floor. Two City fans( One of them I think was one of Les Tates lads) picked me up 20 minutes later and paid a taxi driver to take me back to the digs....I was totally scuttled and would have been robbed blind if not for there kind assistance.
