I tried to get a ticket for this match on the web site, the ticket ordering but said only standing ones available. I didn't fancy that. Imagine my disappointment to see empty seats aplenty.

Yep, audio only on app but just gone on TV website no problem.

Why only audio for this specific match on the FA Player?

I get the impression that Sky have asked(demanded?) that if they show any WSL matches, then it is not available on the FA Player, however I don't see this match in the Sky TV Guide (I do not subscribe to Sky Sports).

Last season it didn't seem to be a problem to watch any/all matches live.

Also the FA Player now only appears to be able to be watched live. There is NO PAUSE and NO CATCHUP. I guess this has been implemented at the request of the TV media channels, because I can't see any reason for removing useful features.

Is it because the rags were on bbc ?
