I have no problem with FIFA taking the world cup to places that have never had it before and spreading football around the world.

But if that is what they intend to do they should have stated it at the start and not had other countries spend millions trying to get a competition they had no chance of getting.

But of course if they had done that they wouldn’t have had all the 5star corporate jollies all over the world, picking up all their freebies before finally taking the big bung from the “winner”

i don't understand why you see it as corrupt that we haven't hosted for 60 years. the voting and lobbying process is corrupt but you can't say that the 60 years alone means it's corrupt. i would say that the fact that qatar won over austrlia suggests far more corruption than russia winning over us. i was shocked we only got 1 vote and finished behind holland/belgium, but not surprised at all by losing to russia.

What really fucks me off isn't losing the bid - as I've said previously, I care nothing for International Football and couldn't care less if the England team disbanded. What really gets me is that in an effort to impress the likes of Jack Warner, we have funded football projects in Trinidad, turned up to play friendlies and treated him and his sidekicks like decent human beings (which they are not), only to find that he shits on us because, in reality, he's never made any secret of his distaste towards England, likely due to the fact that his Great Great Grandad was put upon by some nasty English plantation owner. Well, my ancestors were probably fucked over by the Romans, but I have nothing against Italy as a consequence.

the next time Hurrucane Henry rips the shit out of Trinidad and they're all living in the gutter, we should give them the finger and explain to them that Uncle Jack's twatishness has cost them the £millions in aid they would have got from the hard pressed UK taxpayer.

Everything is bent! EVERYTHING! There is corruption in politics, banking, business, sport and there is definately corruption in football at FIFA UEFA and in our own country! There definately is, ask Sheffield United! How people are shocked at FIFA's corruption is beyond me, it's like everyone has become a naive little kid again! WAKE UP!

The stadiums in Milton Keynes, Bristol, Plymouth and Forests City Ground are jokes of WC venues! Why not give it to counties that have truely special stadia already built or in the pipeline?

we are ENGLAND, the biggest and greatest country in the world for football, Blatter knows this and is jealous as fuck.

Take it away and we'd become just like the Austrian league. The English national team is crap, overhyped crap and too many people think we have a devine right because we have a good PL product.
