No. Obviously we should have no aspiration to improve. We should forego all the football malarkey and just agree a league position before the season starts and then print it out every week. That way the so-called' big 4 clubs' would assume their rightful position due to wealthy clubs like them, and the rest of us could glance admiringly up the table like good little boys and gals hoping beyond hope that one day we might again finish fifth.
