Unfortunately,he'll neve make it here.He doesn't even have the basics of awareness or positional sense,his physicality for a biggish lad is also suspect.

I have never 'got' Humphreys, right through his career. I remember us losing to Barca youth when he was a very young kid & I thought we would have won easily but for him. But the word seemed to be that the club was sure he was a top prospect.

Humphreys will be playing at a League 1 NW club soon Im afraid.
Wonder if the reason Denayer and Adarabioyo didnt play is that deals for either permanent transfer or loan are in negotiation?

Didn't Pellegrini also take him on a tour at the tender age of 15-16, so a couple have seen potential in the lad.
I also believe he has come back from a long lay off, due to injury. This would take it's toll on any player, so hopefully get his eye back in and push hard, as he certainly has ability.

He was okay on that tour. The mistakes he made forgivable due to his age. The fact he hasn't improved in that time spells the end for him at City. This was his chance to impress and he didnt. He will go on loan and hopefully have a great career. Always a slim chance he develops late and can come back and establish himself. More time for a defender to learn their trade generally.
