Sort of puts Vain Dick's injury into perspective - pity the dippers won't see it that way.
Fucking hell how have you shoehorned that in.

That's a lie that you keep peddling, you've been told enough times that nobody is looking to glorify it, just reminiscing on the days we grew up in.
It was the rule - under our common law - that death had to occur within a year and one day for it to consist of murder in order to fulfill the charge, so, no further charges are likely for these evil twats. Perhaps the law has changed, but, let's hope that some of them have developed a conscience over the last 5 years and live out their lives with some mental torture haunting them, like the poor bloke's family have already lived with for 5 years.Eight men were found guilty of violent disorder, while Rhys Pullen admitted the charge. They were sentenced to the following:
Three men were jailed for conspiracy to commit violent disorder:
- Five years for Ryan Carter, 21, of York Road, Southend
- Four years for Jamie Chambers, 24, of Coleman Street, Southend
- Three-and-a-half years for Lewis Courtnell, 34, of Stadium Road, Southend
- Three-and-a-half years for Scott Nicholls, 40, of Little Spenders, Basildon
- Three-and-a-half years for Matthew Petchey, 26, of Lascelles Gardens, Rochford
- Sixteen months for Rhys Pullen, 21, of Wickford
- Five years for Thomas Randall, 22, of Seaforth Avenue, Southend
- Five years for Alexander Woods, 25, of Fairmead Avenue, Westcliff
- Three years for James Woods, 25, of Fairmead Avenue, Westcliff
- Three years for Greg Allen, 29, of Western Avenue, Westcliff
- Three years for Phil McGill, 32, of Hornby Avenue, Westcliff
- Two-and-half-years for Michael Shawyer, 31, of Belgrave Road, Leigh-on-Sea
I hope they now get charged with murder
That law was abolished in 1996, so let’s hope they get their just desserts. It was the rule - under our common law - that death had to occur within a year and one day for it to consist of murder in order to fulfill the charge, so, no further charges are likely for these evil twats. Because you say so....You reminisce about good times not bad times. I also don't recall being told that once.
Abolition of “year and a day rule”.
The rule known as the “year and a day rule” (that is, the rule that, for the purposes of offences involving death and of suicide, an act or omission is conclusively presumed not to have caused a person’s death if more than a year and a day elapsed before he died) is abolished for all purposes.
You're allowed to remember stuff from your youth....it's not against the law.Because you say so....
But like you said.....you're wasting your time :)You're allowed to remember stuff from your youth....it's not against the law.
Even when that stuff is unacceptable and you have a different mindset as well as you get older.
It's called growing up.
