Can anyone be unhappy ,

Methinks you under estimate your fellow BMers.

Myself I'm absolutely made up.

4 very astute signings. Done early. Not been ripped off on price or wages.

The rest of the main clubs in the country have done fuck all except prance and posture so far.

Well done City.

this, hopefully more to follow, if there are no more going out (hopefully just kolarov) then our squad will be head and shoulders the best next year.

Cannot wait for the new season - I reckon the doubters that questioned what both ferran & txiki would bring to our club have been answered

a proper established transfer strategy that was implemented back in November

Happy days : )

I was a trifle concerned but the signing of Jovetic has improved my mood. He will be a major talent.

Navas is a great deal and I am sure he will be a success but I think we could have at the very least had a nibble at the Tranny. I personally don't think he is as good as De Maria or Walcott but with better players around him he soon will be.

Negredo isn't in the same league as Balotelli or Tevez so I can't see how he improves us.

The one that's got me livid though is Fernandinho. We have spunked 28M on a player who scored 3 Goals in the Ukraine League and can't get in the Brazil squad. I didn't see him linked with any of the other top European Clubs apart from us. It looks to me like Spurs got the real deal for half the price; and I am sick of hearing the Bluemoon mantra "he was outstanding against Chelsea in the Champions League". This deal stinks of the Steve Daley Transfer - when a few weeks later United got Ray Wilkins already an England regular for less than we paid for Daley.

All we need to do now is keep the Defence as it is because ever since Mr Mancini remedied the frailties of the Hughes side we are as strong as any side in Europe there and far superior to our Premier League rivals. We have lost Kolo but Richards is now fit and Garcia I am sure would be ok at the back in some matches.

The comments on fernandinho are so stupid. He was the cl best centre mid last season, he didn't just have one good game. He was also Shakhtar best player who were clearly a better team than us last season as shown in the champions league. He will walk into our starting 11.

I am converted to holisticism.

to be read in a very solemn voice
Its not like knocking a barn wall down to make a house ! you're not quite there m8 you become holistic......or holistic becomes you.

I didnt manage to catch pre season games..but lack of goals was worrying me...Agreed we didnt have our best team , but if you look at opposition, feel we should have done better in terms of goals..do u guys still feel we over rely on david silva and Yaya to produce a piece of brilliance when thngs are not going our way...I am hoping Jovetic would be one of our go to man which can help turning draws into wins and avoid dropping points...Also heard that Sinclair and Milners crossing wasnt up to the mark...so may be get quick dribbler in the wings to increase paceand hope Nasri does good job of creating chances like Silva does
